As Director of Social Services at Saint Elizabeth Home in East Greenwich, Erin oversees social services provided to 168 individuals within five buildings, including Saint Elizabeth Home and four GREEN HOUSE® Homes. Employed by Saint Elizabeth Home as a social worker since 2015, Blakely worked for two years at Saint Elizabeth Home, and three and a half years at THE GREEN HOUSE® Homes at Saint Elizabeth Home before being promoted to Director in December 2020. She earned her BSW at Rhode Island College in 2005, and resides in Smithfield with her husband and three children.
