Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers goal is to make every day a good day for each participant to help maintain their health and wellness.
Providing Supportive Care During the Day
Our adult day centers offer a secure and nurturing environment where participants receive:
Personalized care plans tailored to their needs
Nursing care and health monitoring
Physical exercise and engaging activities
Nutritious meals and social interaction
Participants, with their families, choose the number of days they attend—from one to five days per week—allowing for flexible support that meets their needs.
Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers provides care to seniors, adults with disabilities and adults with dementia at four Rhode Island locations.

Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Center Locations
Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers provides a wide array of supportive services during the day within a secure and nurturing environment so that loves ones may stay at home longer.
Throughout Rhode Island, Saint Elizabeth has four adult day health centers providing care to seniors, adults with disabilities, and adults with dementia. We have two centers in Warwick, a center in Bristol, RI, and a center in South Kingstown, RI. A specialized Memory Care Center is located in Warwick. Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers opened the first adult day center in Rhode Island in 1973 at the Apponaug Center. The new South Kingstown Center opened in September 2021. All centers are accepting applications for participants. Download a referral form to begin the admission process here.
The multidisciplinary team of caregivers at Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers provides an enriching day, supporting each individuals' highest level of ability. Each participant has a personalized plan of care, including; nursing care, physical exercise, stimulating activities and nutritious meals. Participants, with the support of their families, choose how many days of the week they want to attend the day center (from one day a week up to five days a week).
