Throughout Rhode Island, Saint Elizabeth Community has four adult day health centers, providing care to seniors, adults with disabilities, and adults with dementia. We have two centers in Warwick, Bristol, RI, and South Kingstown, RI. A specialized Memory Care Center is located in Warwick. Cornerstone opened the first adult day center in Rhode Island in 1973. The new South Kingstown Center opened in Summer 2021 with great anticipation. All locations are accepting referral form for participants.
