Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Apponaug Center's goal is to help individuals remain in the community by providing a wide array of supportive services during the day. Participants, with the support of their families, choose how many days of the week they want to attend the day center.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday
7:30am-4:30pm

The Apponaug Center is located at 3270 Post Road, Warwick on the first floor. The entrance and parking lot are located at the back of Warwick Central Baptist Church on College Street.
