About Nursing & Therapy Service

After an illness, a surgery, or a hospital stay, a physician may order skilled nursing and home rehabilitation, often paid for by insurance. RNs and Therapists follow physician's orders and manage patient care, working with client's family to coordinate all necessary services.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy can be ordered for many reasons. Surgeons may have specific protocols for our therapy staff to follow. Therapists also work with patients who are deconditioned after illness, or hospitalization, or due to the progression of a disease process.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists assess our clients' needs - develop goals - adapt the needed equipment to the clients use - teach compensatory technology.

Speech Therapy

Working under a physicians' orders, Speech Therapy includes:

• Communication systems
• Swallowing assessments
• Cognitive assessments
