Saint Elizabeth Home offers two distinct models of nursing home care on a single campus. At Saint Elizabeth Home, our main legacy building, we provide short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and secure memory care.

At THE GREEN HOUSE® Homes we employ a new model of care with a unique opportunity for certified nursing assistants. CNAs hired for The GREEN HOUSE® Homes receive additional cross-training, and become part of a self-directed work team supporting the needs of residents living in a real home environment.
