Services to Support All Stages of Memory Loss

Established as the first dementia-specific day center in Rhode Island in 1987, the centers provide care and services to adults with all stages of memory loss, from mild to more progressed stages. The bright, spacious center has five distinct areas which allow for smaller group or individualized engagement, as well as larger group activities.

Memory Care Center

Open Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Participants, with the support of their families, may choose how many days they attend the center.

Maintaining Functional Memory and Independence

Registration is required for the program available on Tuesday & Thursday every week, 9am-3pm

The primary goal of this specialized program is to enhance the overall quality of life for people affected by early memory loss and to assist with maintaining their independence in the community.

Throughout its history, Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers provide a safe, nurturing environment for its participants, and support for caregivers. Services during the day include nursing care, nutritious meals, physical exercise and enriching activities. On-site nursing care and physical therapy can be provided with a physician's order. This is a medical model adult day center that focuses on individual wellness.
