Welcome Our New Home Care Director
Saint Elizabeth Community is pleased to welcome Lori Crowshaw, MSHM, RN who will be taking on the role of our new Home Care Director, a critical member of the organization’s Leadership Team. Lori will guide our talented and experienced staff of healthcare professionals as they deliver compassionate care to older adults in the comfort of their own home.
Lori takes over the role created by Caroline Rumowicz, who recently announced her retirement. After 42 years in Home Care, Caroline Rumowicz has decided to retire in January of 2026. Her career has been remarkable, assisting countless clients and their families as they age, helping them enjoy their lives at home for as long as possible. Caroline is not leaving us completely and will continue to be involved with Saint E’s on a part-time basis.
