Caroline had been the President and CEO of Cathleen Naughton Associates for the past 20 years until they became part of the Saint Elizabeth Community in January of 2016. The agency was established in 1978 by Cathleen Naughton, a Registered Nurse.

Caroline graduated from Bryant College in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration and from Salve Regina University in 1993 with a Masters in Health Services Administration.

Caroline has served on numerous boards and committees; Care Link Board member and Treasurer, RI Department of Health Nursing Assistant Advisory Board, RI Partnereship for Homecare, Board member, founding member and first president, RIALA, conference committee, Southern RI Chamber of Commerce, annual fundraising committee, Women’s Club of South County – in charge of corporate sponsorships for annual fundraiser from 2012 – 2014. Long time volunteer for the North Kingstown Food Pantry.

Caroline lives in North Kingstown with her two daughters, Grace and Lydia and loves walking and the beautiful RI beaches.
