Meet Haigouhi Corriveau,
Executive Director of The Seasons Assisted Living

We’re so excited to have Haigouhi Corriveau join the team as the Executive Director of the newest member of the Saint Elizabeth Community, The Seasons Assisted Living in East Greenwich.

Haigouhi has devoted over 25 years to the senior living industry, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to every aspect of her role. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Assisted Living Administrator License for the past 14 years, Haigouhi blends her academic foundation with hands-on experience in recruiting, sales, and operations.

“The most important part of my job,” she tells us, “is connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding ways to help them.”

A compassionate and results-driven director, Haigouhi’s leadership is defined by transparency, flexibility, and an unwavering commitment to her team. She believes in leading by example, always ready to step in and support her staff wherever needed.

“We have such a great team here. We lean on each other’s strengths and work together so that everyone feels part of the care we provide for our residents.”

Outside of her professional life, Haigouhi is equally dedicated to her family. She cherishes time spent with her Armenian family, her husband, and their two children. Much of their family time revolves around extracurricular activities, especially sports events where Haigouhi is often found cheering on her kids.

With her deep industry knowledge, compassionate leadership, and strong family values, Haigouhi continues to make a meaningful impact in the senior living sector, serving on the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Assisted Living Association. She is committed to ensuring that both residents and staff feel supported, respected, and valued in every aspect of their lives.

“We’re excited about our partnership with Saint Elizabeth Community. We have always shared the same commitment to serving the elders in our care and now we’ll have even more opportunities to enhance our services and strengthen our impact in the assisted living community.”
