Long-term Care Planning for Your Family

Learn more about our Aging Life Care Services.

May is Older Americans Month and the team at Saint Elizabeth Community joined our friends at The Rhode Show to talk about long-term care planning for our elder loved ones.

With people living healthier, longer lives, many older adults are now able to age in place and maintain their independence well into their 80s and 90s. Of course, aging can bring challenges—like health issues, falls, or memory loss—which may require adjustments such as home modifications, medication organizers, or support from aging life care managers.

When more help is needed, home care offers flexible options, from occasional companionship to skilled nursing support, allowing older adults to stay safe and comfortable in their homes.
