Long-Term Care Options
Within Saint Elizabeth Community, we offer two options in long-term care; Saint Elizabeth Home and Saint Elizabeth GREEN HOUSE® Homes, both on the same campus in East Greenwich. Individuals in need of 24-hour a day, 7 days/week nursing or memory care reside at either location.
Providing Unmatched Care
Saint Elizabeth Home and Saint Elizabeth GREEN HOUSE® Homes are known for providing individualized, person-centered care. Our dedicated, compassionate staff consistently care for the same individuals, so relationships are formed and small changes in conditions are more easily recognized.
Long-term care residents in our "Legacy" building, Saint Elizabeth Home, are engaged and supported by a team of caregivers including nurses, certified nurses’ aides, rehabilitation therapists, activity staff, dietary staff, and volunteers.
In the GREEN HOUSE® Homes, (four small nursing homes each with 12 residents), care is provided by a team of caregivers who build relationships and support meaningful living and activities. This innovative nursing home offers long term care in a small home setting.
