2024 Giving Tuesday: #Active Elders, Healthier Lives

This Giving Tuesday, join us in supporting the physical well-being of our seniors by contributing to Saint Elizabeth Community's physical activity programs. Our elders deserve the opportunity to live their healthiest, happiest lives, and your gift will help make that possible.

Why Physical Activity Matters

As we age, staying physically active is crucial for maintaining independence and enhancing quality of life. At Saint Elizabeth Community, our physical activity programs promote:

- Improved sleep quality

- Reduced anxiety and stress

- Better brain health and memory

- Increased strength and mobility

- Enhanced social connections

These benefits lead to happier, healthier lives, giving our elders the tools they need to remain active and engaged.

How You Can Help

On Giving Tuesday, December 3rd, we invite you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our elders by supporting our physical activity programs.

Whether it’s through adaptive exercise classes, gentle yoga, balance training, or group fitness sessions, your donation will directly fund these activities and provide our seniors with access to professional instructors, equipment, and safe, engaging environments.
