Saint Elizabeth Terrace a member of Saint Elizabeth Community, offers affordable, safe, and comfortable living for independent seniors. There are 34 apartments in the federally assisted HUD apartment building.
Saint Elizabeth Terrace opened in February of 2012 and was built with a 5.2 million dollar grant from The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, awarded in 2010 for the construction of this new apartment building for seniors with supportive services. Designed by Durkee Brown Viverios & Werenfels, and built by Calson Construction Corporation.
Ken Cote is the Administrator at Saint Elizabeth Terrace in Warwick and Saint Elizabeth Place in Providence. Ken is a personable manager who is adept at meeting the needs of residents, while maintaining accessible, affordable apartments and the supportive services within each community.
