Saint Elizabeth Manor Testimonials

"My 96-year-old mother was recently a patient at Saint Elizabeth Rehab Center in Bristol following a brief stay at The Miriam Hospital.  We were very apprehensive as this was our very first experience with rehab care and didn’t really know what to expect.  We had no idea how fortunate she would be.  From the moment we entered, the surroundings felt more like a hotel than a health care facility.  The entire facility was clean, modern, and beautifully appointed.  Most importantly, every staff person was polite, professional, and always willing to assist.  They treated her with so much kindness, respect, and dignity—all of us for that matter".

"I just wanted to take a moment to offer much-deserved praise to the ENTIRE care team that made it possible for my mother to recover quickly and return home better than she has been in months".

"With gratitude"-Norma A. Marcello

" What is particularly touching to me is the bond my mother has formed with her caregivers. She is usually quiet, but really responds to the staff's love, care and attention."
- Lu Ann Pezzullo

“I could not have asked for better care for my mother who was at Saint Elizabeth Manor for 5 1/4 years. Everyone was wonderful.” - Barbara DiPalma

“I chose Saint Elizabeth Manor because of the many good comments of good care and excellent rehabilitation by former patients. I have experienced this during my stay and I’m truly grateful for the care given me by your entire staff, especially the nurses.” - Doris Pezzullo

“Not only did she [my mother] receive the physical and personal care that she required, but she was truly loved as well. We could always feel comfortable when we weren’t there, knowing that she was in good, capable hands.” - The Greene Family

“I never would have dreamed at 55 years old that I would require nursing home services, but your facility was the best place to progress with my recuperation, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. When I am fully recovered, I plan to do volunteer work, and to give back in some small way for all your staff did for me.” - Mary Lou Mooney

“I cannot express enough gratitude for the care that my sister received while she resided at Saint Elizabeth Manor. The staff treated her with the utmost dignity.” - John Barrett

“The reason Saint Elizabeth Manor's staff is so good is because they are dedicated; they care and it shows...I witnessed it first hand for two years.” - Reg Cure
